OBAN 14YO (70cl, 43%) Oban was one of the oldest and smallest distillery in Scotland. The distillery was chosen by its owners in 1990 to represent the company in its Classic Malt range. Oban has the distinction of having many Manager's Drams bottlings, which was never commerically released, increasing their collectibility. Oban home-style is medium-bodied, fruity, malty with a salty finish. Due to it's location, Oban's stills marry the sea air character of the island malts to the soft, richly fruity style of the Highlands, creating their own rich, elegant and growing West Highland malt. Distillery: ARGYLL, SCOTLAND, OBAN |
