This full-bodied whisky is slowly matured over 18 years in sherry butt casks. It's a masterpiece with deep-rooted, matured notes. Characteristic sweetness of dried fruits and aromatic chocolate that comes from sherry casks intermingled with a profoundly matured flavor that comes from aging the spirits over a long time in Japanese oak casks.

This is a super premium whisky carefully vatted from key malts and aged over 25 years in sherry butts. It's available in limited quantities only of approximately 12,000 bottles per year. A great aromatic complexity of sweet and bitter flavors brought out by long aging with whiffs of sweet sherry notes. Has an enchanting deep, long finish.

SUNTORY YAMAZAKI 1984 25th Aniversary(70cl)

The key to this Yamazaki 1984 malt, is the Mizunara oak barrels used to mature the whisky. The Mizunara oak imparted a distinctively Oriental touch to the whisky, endowing it with sweet fragrances reminiscent of incense. This 1984, has the aroma of cinnamon, ripefruit, vanilla and incense. It's sweet on the palate with a lasting depth of flavour, and lingering, sweet finish.

The year 2009 marks Yamazaki's 25th Aniversary.

SUNTORY HIBIKI 21YO (70cl, 43%)

The Hibiki 21 years old has achieved Gold Medal 3 years in a row at the International Spirits Challenge. Sweet brambles and pears with vanilla toffee and a hint of dark rich sherry. At the palatte, is pleasantly woody and then comes the cleansing fruitiness of brambles and blueberries with a lingering flavor of dark sherry. It has a long, rich and fruity finish.

It's smooth, full-bodied and strong woodiness created by the harmony of sweet scents and fine, flowery fragrance of long-term, sherry-aged whiskies. Due to it's limited production, Hibiki 30yo is Suntory's most exquisite whisky, highly admired by the world's whisky lovers.
